Our systems are backed up via Veritas© tape backup,
incremental nightly and full weekly.
Each web server is an IBM xSeries server, with redundant power supplies, Gigabit network cards,
and high-performance SCSI RAID disk drives.
We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
What do you use to create dynamic pages?
JSP (Java Server Pages) / Servlets.
Do you offer custom(high-performance) plans?
In almost all cases, your performance will be instantaneous,
even with large databases. For high-usage sites, we offer dedicated
connection pooling to your database instance.
Do you provide ftp access?
Yes, but not into our JSP/servlet container directories.
